How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Everyone who contacts Jumpingkhan Concrete should be treated fairly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what you can expect in return. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You are welcome to write to us about:
- Your experience when calling or messaging Jumpingkhan Concrete
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a contractor we connected you with
Problems With a Contractor
Contractors in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If you have an issue with work at your home, begin by raising it with the contractor directly and keep a written record.
Please let us know as well. Feedback about contractors helps keep our network honest, and contractors who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Be aware that Jumpingkhan Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return money paid to a contractor or act on a contractor's behalf.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@jumpingkhan.property and include:
- Your name and a way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the contractor
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The contractor's name, if you have it
- A short account of what happened and what outcome you want
After You Write
We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We will then look into what happened, which may involve contacting the contractor, and reply with our findings and any steps we plan to take.
Still Not Satisfied?
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help with licensed contractors.
